This repository is a reference library of Claude Code infrastructure from six months on a large TypeScript microservices project. It shows patterns for skill auto-activation, hooks, and sub-agents, and it addresses the problem of skills that do not activate on their own. The author states that it is a showcase to learn from, not a working app. It uses the MIT license and has about 10,000 stars.
Use it to design your own skill and hook setup. Copy the patterns, not the whole repository.
