Lightning CSS is a CSS parser, transformer, bundler, and minifier written in Rust. It is over 100 times faster than comparable JavaScript tools, according to the project. It transpiles modern CSS syntax for older browsers and is used inside major build tools. It uses the MPL-2.0 license.
