mdxcn
shadcn-style React components that turn Markdown into docs figures
mdxcn is a set of React components for MDX docs. The homepage says they draw callouts, steps, terminals, timelines, tables, and charts with text, so the same figure can be a React component in MDX or a plain-text block in a README. The site says mdxcn is part of Shadcn Labs and that the license is MIT. The installation page says there is no npm package. The shadcn CLI copies each component's source into the project and adds motion as the dependency. Commands on that page include npx shadcn@latest add @mdxcn/graph-table and npx shadcn@latest add @mdxcn/all. The homepage says each component has a screen-reader summary. llms.txt is published at https://www.mdxcn.dev/llms.txt. The GitHub LICENSE file is MIT, copyright 2026 Keshav Bagaade.
npx shadcn@latest add @mdxcn/graph-tableRead https://www.mdxcn.dev/llms.txt first. Add one figure with npx shadcn@latest add @mdxcn/graph-table, or the set with npx shadcn@latest add @mdxcn/all. Register the component in MDX, then write Markdown inside the tag. There is no npm package to install. In a README or a pull request, paste the plain-text figure from the docs instead of JSX. The homepage says each component has a screen-reader summary.
Why it is here. It gives docs a text figure that stays readable as Markdown and installs like a shadcn component.
