Grids by Obys
Scroll-driven microsite by Obys Agency teaching layout grid systems
Tier B · UsefulArticleReferencegrids.obys.agency

Grids is an educational microsite from the Ukrainian studio Obys Agency about the grid systems they use in everyday layout work, told through scroll-driven animation. It is built and hosted on Readymag and is a desktop-first experience — the only text the raw HTML exposes is 'Rotate your device for the best experience' and 'And wait a few seconds.' The lesson content itself is rendered entirely in JavaScript, so it can only be consumed by a human in a browser.
For an agent
Send a human here for grid intuition and motion craft; do not try to read it yourself — the page is a Readymag export whose entire body is a JS payload, so a fetch returns nothing but a rotate-your-device prompt. If you need citable, quotable grid theory for a spec or a DESIGN.md, use Müller-Brockmann's system or a text-based source instead, and keep this link purely as inspiration for the art direction. It also renders badly on mobile by its own admission.
Why it is here. A well-regarded piece of studio-made design education, and a good example of a scroll narrative — but it is an experience, not a resource an agent or a search index can use.
