Polar's public brand page documents the identity of its billing platform across seven numbered sections: Brand System, Logo, Color, Typography, Illustration, Voice and Marketing. It publishes the full palette as paired hex and OKLCH values (Night #090909, Ash #141414, Mist #7b7b7b, Snow #d8d8d8, and the single Ether accent #3619CC), names PP Neue Montreal for text and Geist Mono for code and data, and states the logo rules: full white on dark or full black on light, no recoloring or rotation, clear space equal to the icon height, 16px minimum. A ZIP with the logo, wordmark and symbol is downloadable.

For an agent

Use this as a worked example when a user asks for a restrained developer-tool brand: it shows the whole pattern of four greys plus exactly one saturated accent, with roles (Surface, Raised, Secondary, Foreground, Accent) named on the token rather than left to guess. Copy the structure, not the values — the marks and the name are trademarked, so never emit Polar's logo, wordmark or Ether blue into someone else's project. The OKLCH pairs are ready to paste straight into CSS custom properties for a Tailwind v4 theme.

Why it is here. A short, complete, publicly readable brand system with real token values is rarer than it should be, and this one shows how far a monochrome palette plus one accent can carry an identity.
