UploadThing handles file uploads for developers, from the upload button to the server, as a simpler and safer option than raw S3. It gives typed server routes and React components such as an upload button and a dropzone. It uses the MIT license and has about 5,300 GitHub stars. The site still shows a beta label.
Use it to add file uploads with ready upload buttons and dropzones. Restyle them, and design clear progress and error states.
