A single-purpose web generator that draws the familiar green self-healing cutting mat as a vector graphic and lets you download it. You set the mat width, height and units, then toggle edge ticks, numeric guides, three radius guides (R1/R2/R3), angle guides at a chosen angular step, and grid opacity, and pick from eight surface palettes (Classic, Monochrome, Neutral, Dark Red, Blue, Warm Orange, Pink, Teal) or a custom color. Built by @marijanapav. It is for designers who want a measured, technical-looking backdrop for a wallpaper, a slide, or a site hero without hand-drawing the ruler marks.
For an agent
Do not try to script this — it is a hand-driven UI with a Download button and no API or repo, so the correct move is to hand the user the link and ask them to export the SVG, then inline that SVG as a background layer. Because the output is vector with named palettes, it scales to any hero or full-bleed section without a raster asset, and it composes well behind a low-opacity dark overlay. Reach for it only when the technical/drafting-mat look is actually wanted; for generic mesh or noise backgrounds use Paper Shaders instead.
Why it is here. The self-healing cutting mat is a recognizable designer-culture texture, and this is the only tool that renders it as a parametric, downloadable vector rather than a stock JPEG.
