c15t is an open-source consent management framework for React, Next.js, and other JavaScript apps. It gives consent UI, consent-aware loading for many analytics and marketing scripts, and self-hosted or managed deployment. Version 2.3 added IAB TCF 2.4. It uses the Apache 2.0 license. The hosted service Inth builds on it, and the catalog lists Inth separately.
