Before you ship
8- 01Current access list — every person, group and link that can reach this object, with their access level shown
- 02Per-invitee access level at the point of invitation — viewer, commenter, editor, owner chosen before the invite is sent
- 03Link sharing scope, stated in plain language — restricted, anyone in the organisation, or anyone with the link
- 04Inherited versus explicit access made visible — access granted by the parent folder or workspace distinguished from access granted here
- 05Copy link action that matches the current scope — never hands out a URL the recipient cannot open
- 06Link controls — expiry date, password, and disable-download or disable-copy where the product supports them
- 07Revoke that takes effect immediately — including on active sessions, not only on next load
- 08Ownership transfer — a distinct action from granting edit access, with confirmation from both sides where possible
