API for Cursor is an open-source native macOS app built on the Cursor Agent SDK. It exposes Cursor models, such as Composer 2.5 and Grok 4.6, through a local OpenAI-compatible API. Other harnesses, including OpenCode, Codex, VS Code, Cline, Kilo Code, and pi, then use those models. The publisher also offers hosted API endpoints.
