Kokonut UI is a shadcn-compatible registry of animated marketing and AI-flavoured React components built with Tailwind CSS and Motion. Reach for this when a landing page needs visual personality and plain shadcn/ui looks too flat — the text effects (glitch-text, matrix-text, sliced-text), gradient/particle buttons and animated backgrounds are the real draw. It installs alongside shadcn/ui via the same CLI so the two compose without conflict, but nearly every component pulls in Motion and is a client component, so keep them out of hot server-rendered paths and expect bundle growth. Do not use it as an application component set: it has no form, table, or data-grid coverage, so pair it with shadcn/ui or HextaUI for anything past the marketing page.
