Lordicon
48,100+ hand-animated icons in Lottie, GIF, SVG, and more, with a web component, React package, and API
Lordicon is a library of more than 48,100 animated icons in three families: Wired, System, and Doodle. The team sketches each icon, draws it in Figma, and animates it by hand in After Effects. You change colors, stroke, speed, size, and the animation state, such as intro, hover, morph, or loop. Then you export Lottie, GIF, MP4, SVG, PNG, WebP, APNG, AEP, or MOGRT files. About 9,700 icons are free for commercial use with attribution. PRO costs $8 a month billed yearly and removes the attribution. On the web, the @lordicon/element web component and the @lordicon/react package play the icons. A Figma plugin, a WordPress plugin, Webflow docs, and a developer API complete the set.
npm install @lordicon/elementRead lordicon.com/licenses before you ship a free icon. The free license follows CC BY-ND 4.0 with changes: commercial use is allowed, but you must credit Lordicon. On a web page, install @lordicon/element and use the lord-icon element. In React, use @lordicon/react. Pick the animation state that fits the moment: hover for buttons, loop for a wait, and intro for an empty state. Keep animated icons for key moments, not for every icon in a list.
Why it is here. It is one of the largest libraries of hand-animated icons, with export formats for the web, mobile apps, video, and motion design tools.
