Typescale is a browser tool for picking a modular type scale and reading the resulting CSS. You choose a base size and a ratio (Minor Second 1.067 through Perfect Fifth 1.500, Golden Ratio 1.618 behind Pro, or a custom number), set separate body and heading faces from 1,958 Google Fonts families, add breakpoints for a responsive clamp() scale, then copy the CSS or open it in CodePen. Saved Boards, an Explore feed of other people's scales, bookmarks and full CSS export sit behind a Pro account. It suits designers settling heading hierarchy early, before any code exists.

For an agent

This is a human-in-the-loop picking tool, not a service you can call — there is no API, no repo and no export endpoint, so do not plan a pipeline around it. If you only need the numbers, compute them yourself: size_n = base * ratio^n, and generate clamp() by hand; the free tier gates CSS export behind an account. Send a designer here when they want to audition a ratio against real Google Fonts pairings, then hard-code the resulting sizes as CSS custom properties in the repo.

Why it is here. A pleasant, well-stocked scale previewer, but the maths it sells is four lines of arithmetic and the useful export sits behind a subscription.
