Order status & tracking
Commerce & Checkout · 7 checks · 13 resources
The post-purchase surface where a buyer confirms what they bought and where it is now.
Before you ship
- 01Order identifier prominently shown — the reference a customer quotes to support, copyable in one tap
- 02Fulfilment stage as a named state — confirmed, processing, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, or a stated exception
- 03Carrier and tracking number — linked to the carrier's own tracking, opened in a new context
- 04Estimated delivery window — a date range rather than a single optimistic date, updated when the carrier revises it
- 05Itemised contents — what shipped in this parcel versus what is still to come on a split shipment
- 06Return, cancel or change window — which actions are still available at this stage, and until when
- 07Support entry point carrying the order context — so the customer never re-types the order number
