Craftwork is a subscription design-asset marketplace: 3,000+ packs and 40,000+ individual assets spanning illustrations (16,845), mockups (1,145), backgrounds (2,900), UI elements (607), fonts, icon sets, 3D assets, Figma UI kits, and Framer, Webflow, Figma and coded (Next.js/React/Vue/Angular) templates. What separates it from a normal marketplace is the agent surface: an official MCP server installed with a wizard, an OAuth-authenticated semantic search over the catalog, and a downloadable Claude Code skill, so a coding agent can find and pull real assets instead of generating placeholder art. A Figma plugin covers the same library inside Figma.

For an agent

This is the rare asset marketplace an agent can actually operate: install the MCP with `npx -y @craftwork-design/wizard@latest`, or drop the Claude skill in with `curl -L https://craftwork.design/SKILL.md -o .claude/skills/craftwork-assets/SKILL.md`, then semantic-search the catalog ("isometric workspace", "dark SaaS dashboard") instead of generating throwaway AI illustrations. Reach for it when a build needs real illustration, mockup or background art, or a whole Framer/Next.js starter — pair it with shadcn/ui for the interactive layer, since Craftwork supplies art and page templates, not accessible components. Watch out for the paywall: OAuth plus a Pro plan is required for paid assets, monthly plans cap MCP calls at 500/month, and template quality is uneven because much of the coded-template catalog is resold third-party Bootstrap/MUI admin themes.

Why it is here. It is one of the first design-asset libraries built for agent consumption — MCP server, agent skill and semantic search over 40,000 assets — which turns "find a real illustration" from a browser task into a tool call.
