mkdir
30 free design inspiration galleries, ranked by user votes, by Edoardo Lunardi
mkdir is a short, hand-picked list of 30 design inspiration directories by Edoardo Lunardi. It covers galleries, award sites, landing page collections, and section libraries, such as Awwwards, Inspora, One Page Love, and Land-book. Every directory on the list is free to browse, with no paywall and no account. Visitors vote for the directories they use, with one vote each, and the order follows the votes. A form takes suggestions for free galleries only. On 2026-10-12, Index held 21 of the 30 directories.
Use it to find a free inspiration gallery for a page type, such as landing pages, sections, or award sites. The vote order shows which galleries designers use most. The list is short on purpose and has no descriptions. Check Index for the same galleries with tags and previews.
Why it is here. It narrows the field of inspiration galleries to 30 free ones, in an order that users set with votes.
