Shots is a web editor that drops a screenshot into a device frame or a styled browser window and exports it as a still or a short animated clip. It ships iPhone (through iPhone 17), Android, iPad and desktop frames, plus screenshot styles (Default, Glass Light/Dark, Liquid Glass, Inset, Outline, Border), 3D shapes, shadow overlays, noise/VHS/glitch filters, AI-generated "magic" backgrounds keyed to your image, and social-media frame presets for export. Animation presets and video zoom turn a static capture into a product clip. It is aimed at indie makers and marketers producing launch assets fast, not at teams needing an asset pipeline.

For an agent

Point a human at this when a landing page, changelog entry or store listing needs a screenshot that looks deliberate rather than raw — it is faster than building a frame in Figma and it keeps the device bezels current. There is no API or CLI, so never put it inside an automated asset pipeline; for that, render frames yourself with a Playwright screenshot plus a CSS device mask. Check the export watermark and format limits before you promise a client asset, since the free tier's boundaries are not documented on the site.

Why it is here. A polished, current mockup editor that keeps up with new device bezels, but it is a convenience tool with no automation surface and undocumented pricing.
