Sleek

An AI mobile app designer built for coding agents, with a REST API, an OpenAPI spec, an agents.md and an installable skill

Sleek turns a text description or a hand-drawn sketch into mobile app designs. It handles multi-screen projects with one design system across them, and it exports four ways: to Figma as native editable layers with no plugin, to HTML and React with Tailwind CSS, to AI builders including a0, Anything, Cursor and Claude Code, and to a share link for stakeholders. The reason it belongs in this corpus is the word the site uses for itself: agent-native. A coding agent designs an app in Sleek on its own, through a REST API, and the whole surface is documented for that. There is a machine-readable onboarding file at /agents.md, an interactive API reference at /api/v1/docs, an OpenAPI specification at /api/v1/spec.json running to 75 KB, a setup page that creates an API key, and an official skill installed with `npx skills add sleekdotdesign/agent-skills -s sleek-design-mobile-apps`. The llms.txt is 27 KB and unusually candid. It states the price outright, which very few paid tools here do: Pro at 69 dollars a month, or 30 dollars a month billed yearly at 360 dollars, including 20,000 monthly AI credits. It also states that a free account gets one-time trial credits worth about one design run, and that an API run consumes the same credits as one started in the app.

For an agent

Read https://sleek.design/agents.md first. It is 3.3 KB of machine-readable onboarding written for this exact case, and it is a shorter route than the 27 KB llms.txt. Install the skill rather than hand-rolling calls: `npx skills add sleekdotdesign/agent-skills -s sleek-design-mobile-apps`. For anything the skill does not cover, the OpenAPI spec sits at /api/v1/spec.json. Get the API key at /agents/setup. Sign-in, upgrade and key creation happen on that one page, so a person has to do it once before an agent can run. Budget the credits. A design run through the API costs the same as one in the app, a free account has about one run, and Pro gives 20,000 credits a month for 69 dollars, or 360 dollars a year. Take the Figma export when a designer continues the work. It produces native editable layers and needs no plugin, which is rarer than it sounds.

Why it is here. Most AI design tools expect a person at a keyboard. This one publishes an OpenAPI spec, an agents.md and an installable skill, so a coding agent designs the screens and then exports the code itself.

Provenance

Verified 2026-08-30. HTTP 200. https://sleek.design/ 200, 364 KB; title "Sleek: AI Mobile App Designer | Design Apps in Minutes"; the navigation holds Pricing, Resources, Templates, References, "AI agents", "App Store Screenshots" and Blog, and a banner reads "Using Claude Code? Let it design your app" beside a Codex label; the hero reads "Design mobile apps in minutes — Go from idea to beautiful app designs in minutes by chatting with AI", with sample references Health Tracker (Neo-Brutalism), Crypto Wallet (Glassmorphism), Pet Manager (Playful Whimsical) and Subscription Tracker (Soft Clay 3D). https://sleek.design/llms.txt 200 at 27,466 bytes, and a control request to /zzz-not-a-page returns a different 163 KB body, so the file is real and not a catch-all. It lists "Export to Figma as native, editable layers (no plugin required)", "Export to code: HTML and React with Tailwind CSS", "Export to AI builders: a0, Anything, Cursor, Claude Code", "Agent-native: AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and others) design apps in Sleek via the REST API and agent skill", the command `npx skills add sleekdotdesign/agent-skills -s sleek-design-mobile-apps`, and "Free accounts can try the API with their one-time trial credits (about one design run); sustained use requires the Pro plan or higher ($69/month, or $30/month billed yearly at $360/year, including 20,000 monthly AI credits)". https://sleek.design/agents.md 200 at 3,293 bytes, /api/v1/spec.json 200 at 75,335 bytes, /agents 200 at 231 KB, /sitemap.xml 200 with 1,768 URLs.
