ui.camera
Product photography for software: studio-quality stills and video of an interface, made in the browser
Tier B · UsefulToolMockup ToolGeneratorui.camera
ui.camera makes marketing visuals out of a user interface. It calls the job product photography for software, which is the right description: the same work a photographer does for a physical product, applied to a screen. The output is stills and video at what the site calls studio quality, produced in the browser with no desktop tool. Work is organised into Projects with an asset Library, and the canvas offers preset ratios such as 16:9. Every product needs these images for a landing page, an app store listing or a launch post, and the usual routes are a screenshot that looks flat or a designer spending a day in a 3D tool. This sits between them. An account is needed. The site publishes a sitemap but no llms.txt.
For an agent
Reach for it at the launch stage, not the build stage. The output is marketing imagery of a finished interface, so the interface has to exist first. Ask for video as well as stills. The site produces both, and a moving product shot is what a landing page hero usually needs. Send a person. It is a browser application behind an account with no API and no llms.txt, so an agent can specify the shot but cannot produce it.
Why it is here. A flat screenshot undersells a product and a day in a 3D tool overspends on one. This closes the gap between the two with no software to install.
