MōIcons
Desktop app that generates macOS .icns app icons with AI from a text prompt
MōIcons is a small desktop app that makes macOS app icons with AI. You describe the icon, attach a reference image if you want, pick a variant, and refine it. It saves a proper .icns bundle and an .iconset folder with all standard sizes. The app calls the OpenAI API for image generation, and the repository uses the MIT license.
Use it to draft a macOS app icon set in minutes. You need your own OpenAI API key, and a designer should refine the final icon.
Why it is here. It handles the tedious icon sizes and formats after the image step.
- Exports .icns and .iconset
- Reference image input
- MIT license
