Dark Mode Design
About 369 hand-picked dark-UI websites, one curator, no tags and no filters
A single-topic gallery of websites built dark-first, curated by Cai Cardenas. Pagination runs to 24 pages of 16 thumbnails, so the collection is roughly 369 entries; each card is a screenshot plus an outbound link to the live site. There is no taxonomy, no search and no filtering — you page through it. Submission is by email, there is no login wall, and the pages are server-rendered Webflow HTML that a fetcher can read.
Use it only when the brief is specifically a dark-first interface and you want live reference sites to fetch and study; the whole index is walkable via the Webflow query param `?60a99e98_page=N` for N in 1..24, and each page yields 16 outbound URLs from plain HTML. Because there are no tags, you cannot filter by industry or page type — go to Minimal Gallery for that and come here only for the dark-palette question. It gives you zero code, tokens or contrast values, so pair it with a real contrast checker before you copy any palette you see.
Why it is here. Dark mode is where most design systems quietly fall apart, and a focused corpus of sites that got it right is more useful than a general gallery filtered to 'dark'.
