- 01Columns — distinct vertical lanes representing each stage of the workflow, configurable per team
- 02Cards — individual items within each column showing title and key metadata at a glance
- 03Drag and drop — moving cards between columns and reordering within a column, with a visual drop target while dragging
- 04Quick add card — a fast way to create a new card directly within a column without opening a full form
- 05Card detail on click — opening full detail (description, comments, attachments, history) without leaving the board
- 06Column item count — how many cards are in each column, visible in the column header
- 07Filtering, sorting and grouping — re-organising cards by assignee, label, priority or due date to focus on a subset
